“出发!”5月10日晨,随着新疆维吾尔自治区“扫黄”“打非”办公室常副主任、新疆新闻出版局副局长张新泰一声令下,6个部门组成的联合执法小组立即兵分两路,急赴乌鲁木齐各出版物市场。至此,新疆近年来规模最大的一次专项治理非法出版物行动拉开了帷幕。自治区党委副书记努尔·白克力亲自部署了此次行动。这次行动以查缴政治性非法出版物和淫秽色情出版物为主。5月10日至13日,由新疆“扫黄”“打非”工作领导小组办公室牵头,自治区党委宣传部、新闻出版局、公安厅、工商局、乌鲁木齐市公安局、乌鲁木齐市文化稽查大队等6部门联合,组成两个执法组,对乌鲁木齐市的出版物市场以及市区人口密集和人口流动大的区域进行了拉网式检查。与此同时,新疆各地州市“扫黄”“打非”专项治理工作也同步进行。
