目的 :观察大鼠缺血性脑损伤一氧化氮 (NO)含量变化。方法 :采用亚硝酸盐法。结果 :脑缺血早期NO含量即有升高 ,以后逐渐下降 ,后期又显著升高 ;脑不同部位NO含量以顶叶、额叶升高明显。结论 :NO参与了脑缺血性损伤的病理生理过程。
Objective: To observe the changes of nitric oxide (NO) content in rats with ischemic brain injury. Methods: nitrite method. Results: The content of NO in the early stage of cerebral ischemia increased gradually, then decreased gradually and then increased significantly in later period. The content of NO in different parts of the brain increased obviously in the parietal lobe and frontal lobe. Conclusion: NO participates in the pathophysiological process of cerebral ischemic injury.
