新旧教学理念最大的区别就在于,学生在学习中的位置。新课标指出学生是学习的主体,这一点在小学语文教学中更是如此。小学生受到年龄的影响,无论是心智还是自制力都是较弱的,对于这样一个年龄段的学生,如果采取的是灌输式的教学,那么收到的教学效果一定是不理想的。作为小学语文教师一定要充分尊重学生的差异化,重视培养学生的在学习主体意识,让学生自发的、主动的去学习,同时也要注重引导学生养成良好的学习习惯,形成自己的学习方法,促进学生的全面发展。下面本文就简单谈一下笔者对于小学语文教学中学生主体地位实现的一些思考。
