发现纳米γ-Fe2O3磁粉的DTA曲线上出现了一个不能重现的放热峰.X射线衍秀才射(XRD)分析证实此放热峰对应于从γ—Fe2O3向α-Fe2O3的结构相变.主要是结构相变和晶粒长大引起的.对比实验的结果表明,纳米γ-Fe2O3磁粉的结构相变温度明显高于普通的γ-Fe2O3磁粉.
It was found that there was an irreproducible exothermic peak on the DTA curve of nano-γ-Fe2O3 powder. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed that this exothermic peak corresponds to the structural phase transition from γ-Fe2O3 to α-Fe2O3. Mainly caused by structural phase changes and grain growth. The experimental results show that the phase transition temperature of the nano-γ-Fe2O3 magnetic powder is obviously higher than that of the common γ-Fe2O3 magnetic powder.
