用射频反应离子镀膜法制备氮化锡(SnN_x)薄膜,发现这种膜显示电致变色特性,并呈现非晶态结构。氮化锡薄膜电极在水性溶液和非水性溶液中,其亮度和颜色随外加电压的变化而变化。这种膜的原色是褐色。可以看到淀积在玻璃基板上的氮化锡膜的褐色或黄色(?)深褐色或灰色的可逆显色变化。光透射率变化基本上在400nm 以上的范围之内。这种电致变色特性具有存储效应。本文研究了对氮化锡薄膜的电化学性质,并对以氮化锡薄膜为基础制作的电致变色单元以及该单元的基本特性进行了研究。
The films of tin nitride (SnN_x) were prepared by radio frequency reactive ion plating. The films showed electrochromic properties and showed amorphous structure. Tin nitride thin film electrode in aqueous solution and non-aqueous solution, its brightness and color with the applied voltage changes. The primary color of this film is brown. The brown or yellow (?) Dark brown or gray reversible color change of the tin nitride film deposited on the glass substrate can be seen. The light transmittance change is substantially within the range of 400 nm or more. This electrochromic property has a storage effect. In this paper, the electrochemical properties of SnNiO thin films were investigated. The electrochromic units based on SnNiO films and the basic characteristics of the unit were also studied.
