基于能力学派的核心竞争力理论对物流企业构建战略伙伴关系的工作提出了较高要求,保持和开发能带来主要利润的客户关系以及供应商关系是形成企业核心竞争力的重要内容。笔者认为,物流企业特别是第三方物流企业核心竞争力取决于有价值的重要客户和老客户,但核心竞争力管理理论的应用中有一个难点,那就是在合作和竞争中如何正确地把握双方信息的收集与应用,从而正确界定企业边界,形成模块化管理。
