桔梗花药愈伤组织诱导培养基筛选

以处于单核靠边期的桔梗花药为试材,以MS和N6为基本培养基,研究了不同种类生长素和细胞分裂素对桔梗花药愈伤组织诱导效果的影响。结果表明:桔梗花药愈伤组织培养中以MS作为基本培养基时的诱导率和分化率都好于N6;以6-BA为细胞分裂素时的诱导率和分化率均好于KT;以2,4-D为生长素时的愈伤组织诱导率和分化率均好于NAA和IAA,NAA又好于IAA。故MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L 2,4-D和N6+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L 2,4-D为桔梗花药较理想的诱导培养基配方。 Taking the eustatin anther at the mononuclear stage as test material and MS and N6 as the basic medium, the effects of different kinds of auxin and cytokinin on the induction effect of the anther callus were studied. The results showed that the inducing rate and differentiation rate of anther callus cultured in the medium of MS were better than that of N6, while the inducing rate and differentiation rate of 6-BA were better than KT; , The callus induction rate and differentiation rate of 4-D auxin were better than NAA and IAA, and NAA was better than IAA. Therefore, MS + 1.0mg / L 6-BA + 0.2mg / L 2,4-D and N6 + 1.0mg / L 6-BA + 0.2mg / L 2,4- .
