作者在本文报告了用 cerocral 治疗脑神经外科范围的眩晕症20例,其中包括头部受伤的10例,以脑为主的中枢神经系统供血不足(包括脑动脉硬化症、高血压症、一过性脑缺血、低血压症、脑栓塞症引起的眩晕)10例。年龄20~70(平均48.4)岁。男15,女5例。患者每日服 cerocral 3片,观察2~11周。cerocral 的分子式为(C_(21)H_(27)NO_2)_2·C_4H_6O_6。一般认为本药有增加脑血流量、改善脑代谢及抑制血小板凝集的功能,主要是增加椎-基底动脉血流量。其机制是直接扩张血管平滑肌,抑制交感神经α受体的异常兴奋,另外还有轻度抗组织胺及抗5-羟色胺作用。结果 20例中疗效显著3例,有效7例,微效4倒,无效6例。均无副作用。疗效显著的1例是旋转性眩晕,另2例是浮动感或摇动感眩晕。有效的7例
