Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cracked tooth in the treatment of occult dental fracture. METHODS: From May 2012 to May 2014, 94 patients with crypts of cryptanal dehiscence in Purification Station of Purification Village, Ninggu Town, Pingyao County were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with hole-filling resin inlay and inlay repair. The treatment group was treated with root canal therapy and crown restoration. The normal time of tooth appearance recovery, the normal time of tooth physiological function recovery, the total time of clinical oral treatment planning, the therapeutic effect of dental crypt crack disease, visual analog scale (VAS) score of pain index before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The teeth in treatment group recovered to normal time and the physiological function of tooth recovered to normal time. The total time for clinical oral treatment was shorter than that in control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Before treatment There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups after treatment (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of occlusive tooth has significant effect on the occlusive dental disease, which can reduce the pain and promote the recovery of patients with less adverse reactions.
