吉林省农安县教育局尤其重视提高全县中小学校领导干部的专业发展水平,把提高领导干部综合素质放在首位,力求打造一支结构合理、业务精良、可持续发展的领导干部队伍。我校作为全县的教育科研部门,立足本职、大胆创新、扎实有效的开展各项教研培训工作,取得了显著成绩。在成功总结“十一五”干训培训工作后,进一步探索教育发展规律,大胆推进,又提出了“岗位拉练”案例教学校长培训模式,有效提高了校长
Nong’an County Bureau of Education in Jilin Province places special emphasis on improving the professional development level of leading cadres in primary and secondary schools throughout the county, putting the overall quality of leading cadres in the first place and striving to create a cadre of leading cadres with reasonable structure, excellent business skills and sustainable development. As a county education and research department, our school boldly innovated, solidly and effectively carried out various teaching and research work and achieved remarkable results. After successfully summing up the “Eleventh Five-Year” training, we further explored the law of education development and boldly pushed forward the training model of case teaching principals with “post training” to effectively increase the chancellor’s chances of success
