受电弓是给电力机车及动车组提供能量的主要部件之一,为保证车辆行车安全必须对受电弓进行安全检测。介绍了图像处理技术在LV2600型受电弓滑板剩余磨耗检测中的应用,首先利用滑板图像的特征对图像进行剪裁,大大减少了运算量,然后使用滤波等技术去除图像的噪声提高图像质量,最后对滑板图像进行边缘检测,得到有效滑板边缘,通过摄像机标定参数计算得到滑板剩余磨耗量。该技术有效的监测了滑板的运行状况,为铁路运输安全提供了保障。
Pantograph is to power locomotives and EMUs to provide one of the major components of energy, in order to ensure vehicle driving safety must pantograph. This paper introduces the application of image processing technology in the residual wear detection of LV2600 pantograph skateboard. At first, the image is skipped by using the characteristics of the skateboard image, which greatly reduces the computational complexity. Then the image noise is removed by using the filtering technology to improve the image quality. Finally, The edge detection of the skateboard image, the effective skateboard edge, calculated by the camera calibration parameters skateboard residual wear. The technology effectively monitors the running status of skateboards and provides security for railway transport safety.
