道德的本质发轫于生活的冲突和失序,网络道德伴随着网络技术的生成、应用和规制而引发社会生活的冲突和失序而产生。因特网架构内在特质不仅规定了网络空间向度,也是网络道德核心问题得以发生根由。网络技术的快速发展、因特网价值负荷的多元化和因特网商业化渗透的加深必然导致网络社会道德问题的多样化和复杂化。
The essence of morality comes from the conflict and disorder of life, and the network morality arises with the conflict and disorder of social life caused by the formation, application and regulation of network technology.
