高职院校辅导员的师德问题越来越受到社会各界的重视,辅导员的师德对学生起着潜移默化的影响,也是校园和谐建设和学校发展的重要影响因素。本文针对高职院校师德建设现状,提出高职院校辅导员师德建设的基本思路。
The problem of teachers’ morality in higher vocational colleges is paid more and more attention by all walks of life. The teacher’s morality plays an implicit influence on the students. It is also an important factor for the harmonious campus construction and school development. This article aims at the status quo of the construction of teachers’ morality in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the basic train of thought for the construction of teacher morality in higher vocational colleges.
