The effects of several technological parameters on the production of as-cast pearlite ductile iron were discussed. Confirmed: Cu alloy better mechanical properties; Sb, Cr alloying lower cost, but also to ensure the mechanical strength; Sb to use gestational have greater advantages. Cast ball light ductile iron production should use a lower silicon content, the shrinkage is not the decisive impact. Powdered SiCa for use in pregnancy can improve inoculation effects.
