长期以来,对高粱的研究多着眼于细胞核的效应上,对细胞质效应研究仅局限于孕性反应方面。而对其他性状的异质效应却很少研究。为此,本试验以高粱穗柄长为例,分析不同型的细胞质对该性状的效应,以探讨细胞质的实际作用。一、试材和方法1.试材:以近年引进的同核异质高粱不育系 Tx398A_1(Milo)、Tx398A_2(IS12662C)、Tx398A_3(IS1112C)、Tx398A_4(IS7920C)为被测不育系,以晋粱5号、0—30、矮四、4003、M—20453为检验系,按不完全双列杂交设计组配20个杂交组合。
For a long time, sorghum research focused on the effect of the nucleus, the study of the effect of the cytoplasm is confined to the reaction of the pregnancy. Heterogeneous effects on other traits are rarely studied.
