本文从多点反射的角度给出了高频腔中存在对称金属膜片时谐振频率的计算公式和特性曲线。并从实验上证实了金属膜片对机械加工误差的补偿作用。
In this paper, from the perspective of multi-point reflection, the resonant frequency formula and characteristic curve of the symmetrical metal diaphragm in high frequency cavity are given. The experimental results confirm that the metal diaphragm compensates for machining error.
