对经颈椎X线平片证实为颈椎骨质增生的32例患者行经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检查,结果7例左侧椎动脉,8例右侧椎动脉,9例基底动脉血流速度增高;8例左侧椎动脉,7例右侧椎动脉,9例基底动脉血流速度降低;同时发现大脑前、中、后动脉血流速度也有不同程度的异常。有头痛、头晕、共济失调者,椎—基底动脉血流速度异常率明显增加。结果颈椎骨质增生病人临床症状与颈椎X线平片改变不呈正相关,而与TCD探测的异常结果呈正相关
Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) was performed on 32 patients with cervical hyperosteogeny confirmed by cervical X-ray. Results Seven patients had left vertebral artery, 8 right vertebral artery, 9 basilar artery blood flow velocity , 8 cases of left vertebral artery, 7 cases of right vertebral artery, 9 cases of basilar artery blood flow decreased; also found that the anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity also have different degrees of abnormalities. Have a headache, dizziness, ataxia, vertebrobasilar artery flow velocity abnormalities increased significantly. Results The clinical symptoms of patients with cervical osteoarthritis were not positively correlated with the changes of cervical X-ray films, but positively correlated with the abnormal results of TCD detection
