高脂血症为脂质代谢失调所致,是构成动脉粥样硬化的一个主要因素。因此,降低血脂水平是防治心血管病的主要手段。力平脂(Lipanthyl)系国外广泛应用的降脂药,能有效地降低血清胆固醇(TC)、血清总甘油三酯(TG),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。我院1991年10月起应用该药治疗高脂血症病人,获得了良好的效果。1 对象与方法1.1 对象:1991年10月～1992年1月间住院的高血脂症[TC≥5.4mmol/L和(或)TG≥
