本试验研究了6 0 Co -γ射线处理菜豆干种子的诱变效果 ,结果表明 :不同辐照剂量对菜豆M1生育期有明显影响 ,随着剂量的增加生育期有延长的趋势 ;株高随吸收剂量的增加而呈一定的递减趋势 ,变异系数逐渐增大 ;在相同吸收剂量下不同品种对辐照的敏感性不同 ;菜豆品种较豇豆品种对辐照反应敏感
In the present study, the mutagenic effects of seeds treated with 60 Co-γ rays were studied. The results showed that different irradiation doses had significant effects on the growth stages of bean M1. With the increase of the dose, The absorption coefficient increased with the decreasing trend and the coefficient of variation gradually increased. The sensitivity of different varieties to radiation was different under the same absorbed dose. The susceptibility of bean varieties to irradiation was higher than that of cowpea varieties
