通过对建筑物大规模改造加固工程中存在的结构加固设计问题的研究和实践,建议:大规模改造加固工程应遵循科学、合理的处理程序,才能在确保结构安全的前提下兼顾改造加固的经济性;这类工程的加固设计应尽量遵循现行结构设计规范的要求,特别是整体结构的验算及关系到结构整体安全的问题如抗震措施等;对于不影响结构整体安全的次要问题,可灵活处理。
Through the research and practice of structural reinforcement design problems existing in large-scale remodeling and reinforcement of buildings, it is suggested that large-scale remodeling and reinforcement works should follow scientific and reasonable procedures in order to reconstruct and reinforce the economy under the premise of ensuring structural safety The reinforcement design of such projects should follow the requirements of the current structural design specifications as much as possible, especially the checking of the whole structure and the issues related to the overall structural safety such as anti-seismic measures. It is flexible for the secondary issues that do not affect the overall structural safety deal with.
