针对薄壁管、管端墩粗且大直径等特殊无缝钢管,需要矫直机轧辊压力大且能够快速打开从而避免钢管头尾被压扁压弯的问题,要求液压系统具有高压力、大流量、振动小、高精度控制等特点。针对某无缝钢管厂两台Φ460矫直机不同液压系统的分析比较,重点介绍两种使用不同液压增压系统的优缺点及其应用特点。
