目的:观察三联疗法治疗腮腺炎病毒性脑膜脑炎临床疗效。方法:将82例患者随机分为2组,对照组41例给予干扰素肌注及解热、降颅压对症支持治疗;治疗组41例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药汤剂口服及联合地塞米松、利巴韦林治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率为51.22%,总有效率为100%;对照组治愈率为26.83%,总有效率为78.05%,2组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:中西医结合三联疗法治疗腮腺炎病毒性脑膜脑炎疗效较好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of triple therapy for mumps virus meningoencephalitis. Methods: 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 41 patients given interferon intramuscular injection and antipyretic, decreased intracranial pressure symptomatic and supportive treatment; treatment group of 41 patients in the control group based on the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral and joint Dexamethasone, ribavirin treatment. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group was 51.22%, the total effective rate was 100%. The cure rate of the control group was 26.83%, the total effective rate was 78.05%. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05) Better than the control group. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine triple therapy for mumps virus meningoencephalitis better effect.
