随着社会不断进步,经济飞速发展,人们的健康意识、维权意识不断强化,对护理质量有着较高的期望,而良好护患关系的构建,护理服务质量的提高都离不开良好的护患沟通。因此,本文从不同角度入手客观阐述了护患沟通在护理工作中的应用及体会。
With the continuous social progress and the rapid economic development, people’s health awareness and awareness of rights protection have been constantly enhanced, which have high expectations for the quality of nursing care. However, the construction of a good relationship between nurses and patients and the improvement of the quality of nursing services are inseparable from good nurses communication. Therefore, this article objectively expounded the application and experience of nurse-patient communication in nursing work from different angles.
