细胞增殖动力学(简称细胞动力学 Cell kinetics)以细胞的增殖和消逸规律及组织的生长特性为其研究对象。近十余年来随着一些新技术如微量生化测定技术和同位素技术的发展并应用于生物学研究,人们得以用运动的观点,通过对细胞的形态和生化变化的观察来研究这些规律和特性,积累了大量的知识,这不仅有重大的理论意义,而且在癌症包括白血病的治疗,特别是化学治疗中,亦有其较大的实践意义,从而受到人们的重视。
Cell proliferation kinetics (abbreviated as Cell Dynamics) takes the proliferation and dissociation of cells and the growth characteristics of the tissue as its research object. Over the past decade or so, with the development of new technologies such as micro-biochemical assay technology and isotope technology, and applied to biological research, people have been able to study these laws and characteristics by observing the morphological and biochemical changes of cells from the viewpoint of exercise. Accumulated a large amount of knowledge, which not only has great theoretical significance, but also has great practical significance in the treatment of cancer, including leukemia, especially in the treatment of chemotherapy, and thus has received people’s attention.
