目的观察血糖控制水平对冠心病合并Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变程度的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2014年12月我院心内科治疗的150例经冠脉造影确诊为冠心病的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组,同时选取150例不合并糖尿病的冠心病患者作为冠心病组。检测血压、身高、体重、体重指数（BMI）、生化指标、糖化血红蛋白,并记录一般情况。结果冠脉造影显示,糖尿病组患者冠状动脉狭窄程度、病变支数及弥漫性病变显著高于冠心病组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;糖尿病组患者中,血糖控制不良组冠脉病变支数及弥漫性病变显著高
