酒店业作为改革开放的先行者,在改开放后得到了快速健康的发展,酒店数量断增加,规模不断扩大,管理水平和接待力不断提高,酒店业的发展对解决就业、进旅游业发展发挥了积极的作用。随着高后勤社会化改革,高校附属酒店应运而生然而高校酒店业存在的员工流失率高、招难、整体素质偏低等问题一直困扰酒店管者,阻碍了酒店业的发展。文章在分析行现状、员工流失原因及对酒店的影响的基上,提出相应措施。
As a forerunner of reform and opening up, the hotel industry has experienced rapid and healthy development after the reform and opening up. The number of hotels has increased constantly, the scale has been continuously expanded, the management level and reception capacity have been continuously improved, and the development of the hotel industry has played a significant role in solving the employment and entering into the development of tourism positive effect. With the reform of socialization of high-quality logistics, university affiliated hotels came into being. However, the hotel workers in colleges and universities have a high rate of employee turnover, solicitude and low overall quality. They have plagued hotel managers and hindered the development of the hotel industry.
