本文由四个部分组成,它们是:人文社会科学的基本特性,人文社会科学为“治国安邦”提供高层次的理论指导,建设“和谐社会”是一种“以人为本”的总体性价值追求,以及人文社会科学振兴、繁荣之道。其中第一部分是本文立论的基点,其余三部分既是分别从不同的层面进行展开和具体化,同时它们又是相辅相成、相互贯通的,从而使全文形成一个有机的整体而显示出鲜明特色。
