黑龙江省庆安县东风人民公社(以原大罗镇乡为基础而扩大成立的)在十九五八年用图表的形式,开展了档案资料利用工作,截至去年年末为止,共绘制了图表六十多种,全公社内各个部门基本上实现了图表化。图表的推行,对于辅助领导,服务于农村生产和各项事业等方面,起到了很大作用。东风人民公社的图表,大致分以下三类: 一、历史性的,如:全乡历年(最早是一九三六年,下同)各种农作物总产量、单位面积产量;全乡历年各种牲畜、家禽增长情形;几年来农业生产合作社收益分配情况……。二、现行的,如:一九五八年各种农作物播种面
