一、导言古人作书无伏案姿势,其说久远。清人朱履贞以为“悬臂作书,实古人不易之常法。上古席地凭几,又何案之可据?”1启功也认为:“古人席地而坐,直接用右手往左手所持的卷上书写,右手本无桌面可倚,当然要悬腕,想不悬腕也不行。”2这一论点,可以从古代图像材料中得到支持3:一是西晋永宁二年的书写瓷俑,表现两吏对坐执版而书,中间为放着砚台、笔与笔架的长方矮几(图1);二是宋摹晋顾恺之《女史箴图》(图2),其中一女史低首婉立,左手执绢或纸,右手执笔欲书;三是宋摹北齐杨子华《校书图》(图3),画中士人杂坐榻上,左纸右笔,或书写、或思考。孙晓云因此认为:
