本文系以1985年8月现场考察中所见所闻,结合实地调查访问以及桂林地区水电施工队、桂林水电勘测设计院测量组与钻探组实测资料为依据,并就目前枢纽工程现状,用现代水利工程规划、设计、施工的基本原则,对该工程的科学性与合理性进行浅析。有关枢纽建筑物的历史性问题,不作更多的考证。本文所采用的水文数据及地质资料,系引用此次实测资料或本文集中有关专题提供的分析成果,不另加分析。由于考察及编写时间短促,仅为初步探讨,希读者批评指正。
Based on the field survey and interview, as well as the survey data of the hydropower construction team and the measurement group and the drilling team of Guilin Hydropower Survey and Design Institute in Guilin, and based on the current status of the hub project, Water conservancy project planning, design, construction of the basic principles of the project’s scientific and reasonable analysis. The history of the hub of the building, do not make more research. The hydrological data and geological data used in this paper refer to the analysis results provided by the measured data or the relevant topics in this paper without additional analysis. Due to the short time of investigation and preparation, only for preliminary discussion, hope readers correct criticism.
