随着科学技术的飞速发展,人类已进入知识经济的时代,无论是国家的经济增长还是企业的长远发展,其主要的推动力都是技术的创新,是掌握技术的人力资本的增长。企业培训作为开发人力资源最基本的手段,已成为现代企业管理的重要内容。笔者多年来从事油田企业基层员工教育工作,业余时间学习了解了一些国外员工教育的情况,感悟到国外员工教育有许多特色,值得借鉴。
With the rapid development of science and technology, mankind has entered the era of knowledge-based economy. Whether it is the country’s economic growth or the long-term development of enterprises, the major driving forces are the technological innovation and the growth of human capital with technology. As the most basic means to develop human resources, enterprise training has become an important part of modern enterprise management. Over the years, I have been engaged in the education of grass-roots workers in oilfield enterprises. I have learned in some spare time about the education of some overseas staff and realized that there are many characteristics of overseas staff education that are worth learning from.
