秘书是指直接协助各级领导机构和领导干部以及私人撰制掌管文件、辅助决策和处理日常事务的执行和承办人员。在现实工作中,秘书或秘书工作已经成为各级党政机关、企事业单位和社会团体的重要组成部分,为社会主义现代化建设发挥着越来越重要的作用。而建立相应的秘书职业资格评审制度,科学评价秘书人才的业务能力,充分调动秘书人员的工作积极性,全面推动秘书事业的发展,是现代社会面临的一个不容回避的课题。本文拟对建立秘书职业资格评审制度作初步探讨。一、建立秘书职业资格评审制度的可行性作为一种职业,秘书从业人员在我国古已有之。但作为一种专门的制度机制来建立,则相对滞后于工程、经济、财会、法律等专门行业。目
