Wu Yinxian, a native of Jiangsu Shuyang, showed extraordinary talents in painting, calligraphy and seal cutting. At the age of 19, he was admitted to the Shanghai Art Academy under the auspices of relatives and friends and began to receive regular training in painting. In 1920, Wu Yin-han started his career in photography with the three silver dollars he worked hard at buying a old American-made Brandon old camera at the flea market. Wu Yin-salty, who came from a poor family of intellectuals and has lived with ordinary people in his youth, is different from many immersive photographers who are praising the upper classes. His photographic works basically reflect the social reality that struggling people struggle to survive .
