本文研究了稀土复合变质处理对改善ZG35CrMo铸钢的组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,在ZG35CrMo铸钢中加入适量的RE-Ca,可使钢的铸态一次晶细化,魏氏组织基本消除;铁素体沿晶界网状分布得以改善,非金属夹杂由多角状聚集分布变为近似圆球状的弥散均匀分布,从而使钢具有较高的综合机械性能,并克服了一般铸造低合金钢热裂倾向大的缺点,使这种钢的铸造性能优于普通碳素钢,除用于砂模铸造外,还可用于铁模铸造。此外研究还表明,对铸造低合金钢采用稀土复合处理,比单独采用稀土处理能获得更明显的效果。
In this paper, the effect of rare earth compound modification on the microstructure and properties of ZG35CrMo cast steel was studied.
