航天飞机精密指向平台,是磁悬浮角动量轮和稳定平台控制技术相结合的新型部件,亦称环状悬浮和指向系统(ASPS).该系统由两部分组成,一部分是安装在航天飞机上的双框架机构,提供粗级指向控制;另一部分是磁悬浮微动指向和隔离装置,该组合件安装在双框架机构的内框上,提供精密指向控制.磁悬浮组合件中,利用角动量环控制装置(AMCD)作为三轴控制部件,试验负载安装平台与环固连,以实现精密指向控制和隔离载体扰动.根据地面仿真试验结果,该装置的指向误差不超过0.1角秒. 本文综述了国外有关文献内容,简略介绍该装置的工作原理、结构配置、控制技术以及磁执行机构的设计方法,并简要阐述了该多体控制系统的动态模型建立方法.
Space Shuttle Precision Pointing Platform is a new type of combination of maglev angular momentum wheel and stabilized platform control technology, also known as the Cyclic Suspension and Pointing System (ASPS). The system consists of two parts, one is the twin Frame mechanism to provide rough level control and the other part is the maglev micro-pointing and isolation device, the assembly mounted on the inner frame of the double-frame mechanism to provide precise pointing control magnetic suspension assembly, the use of angular momentum ring control device ( AMCD) as a triaxial control unit, the test load mounting platform is fixed to the ring to achieve precise pointing control and isolation of carrier disturbances.According to the ground simulation test results, the pointing error of the device does not exceed 0.1 arc second.This paper reviews the relevant literature Content, briefly introduces the working principle, structure configuration, control technology and design method of the magnetic actuator of the device, and briefly describes the dynamic model establishment method of the multi-body control system.
