目的探讨Tei指数评价代谢综合征(MS)患者左心功能的价值。方法依据左心室质量指数(LVMI)(男≥135g/m2,女≥111g/m2),83例MS患者(MS组)分为左室肥厚组(32例)和非左室肥厚组(51例);对照组为健康查体者85例。采用彩色多普勒超声显像仪测定左室射血分数(LVEF)等相关指标,计算左心室Tei指数。结果 MS组和对照组的LVEF均在正常范围内[(65±5)%vs.(66±6)%](P>0.05)。MS组左心室Tei指数为0.51±0.07,大于对照组的0.30±0.08(P<0.01)。左室肥厚组的左心室Tei指数大于非左室肥厚组(0.55±0.11vs.0.48±0.04)(P<0.01)。结论 MS早期,左室结构尚未出现改变时已经有左室舒张功能的减低,左室肥厚的发生会进一步加重左室舒张功能的障碍。左心室Tei指数增加对于及早发现MS患者左室舒张功能障碍具有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the value of Tei index in evaluating left ventricular function in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods According to the left ventricular mass index (LVMI) (male≥135g / m2, female≥111g / m2) and 83 MS patients (MS group), the patients were divided into two groups: LV hypertrophy group (n = 32) ); Control group of 85 patients with physical examination. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and other related indicators were measured by color Doppler ultrasound imaging to calculate the left ventricular Tei index. Results The LVEF of MS group and control group were within the normal range [(65 ± 5)% vs (66 ± 6)%] (P> 0.05). In the MS group, the Tei index of left ventricle was 0.51 ± 0.07, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (0.30 ± 0.08, P <0.01). Left ventricular Tei index in left ventricular hypertrophy group was higher than that in non-LV hypertrophy group (0.55 ± 0.11 vs.0.48 ± 0.04) (P <0.01). Conclusion In the early stage of MS, the left ventricular diastolic function has been reduced when left ventricular structure has not changed. The occurrence of left ventricular hypertrophy will further aggravate the disturbance of left ventricular diastolic function. Increased left ventricular Tei index for the early detection of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in patients with MS is of some significance.
