广东省第八届人民代表大会常务委员会第十六次会议审议了广州市人民代表大会常务委员会提请批准的《广州市城乡农副产品集贸市场管理条例》,决定批准这个条例。由广州市人民代表大会常务委员会按照省人民代表大会常务委员会议定的意见对文本修改后公布施行。
