在炼油厂多年检修施工中,预制的90°多节弯头总是小于90°(设计角度),工人师付们称此现象为“勾头”。而且管壁越厚,这种现象就越严重。问题究竟在哪,为什么总是“勾头”。本文对检修油厂管道施工的弯头预制存在的问题进行了调查和探讨。以三节直角弯头为例,其结构及弯头展开的样板示于图1,在管材上按样板画好的下料线示于图2。
