统计预测对于社会发展、经济管理和人民生活等方面的决策活动发挥着重要的作用,怎样做统计预测,由谁做统计预测,一直是争论的课题。但我们同样也要考虑,统计预测在各个领域必须有不同的作用和方法。
Statistical forecasting plays an important role in decision-making activities in social development, economic management and people’s livelihood. How to do statistical forecasting and who makes statistical forecasting has been a topic of debate. However, we also need to consider that statistical forecasting must have different roles and methods in all fields.
