“一带一路”战略背景下,我国制造业海外扎根面临新的挑战和机遇。以吉利和万向这两大浙江省装备制造业巨头的发展历程为例,以扎根理论为工具,得出其成功实现海外扎根的因素,并分析各因素在企业扎根海外过程中的影响和作用机制,对其他民营制造企业“走出去”进程具有启发意义。
“Belt and Road” strategic background, China’s manufacturing industry is taking root in new challenges and opportunities abroad. Taking Geely and Wanxiang as two major equipment manufacturing giants in Zhejiang Province as an example, taking grounded theory as a tool, it concludes the factors of their success in overseas affiliations and analyzes the influences and roles of various factors in their overseas affiliations.
