小微文化企业是我国文化产业发展的重要力量。小微文化企业相对于大中型文化企业的市场竞争力劣势明显,其成长性与发展空间受到严重制约。同时,小微文化企业普遍面临资金短缺、融资困难的发展问题,存在“长不大、活不长”的市场现象。对小微文化企业发展环境进行科学分析,对于优化企业发展环境以及企业成长策略选择,实现供给侧结构性改革具有现实意义。小微文化企业发展对策:小微文化企业应当把握成长机遇,按照国家政策导向制订或调整企业发展战略;小微文化企业应当积极探索特色发展方式,打造特色品牌;小微文化企业应当发挥快速响应市场的能力,创新商业模式;小微文化企业应当承担社会责任,获取社会信任和政府支持,并以此谋求企业的可持续发展。
