信息化发展指数综合性地测量和反映了一个国家或地区的信息化发展总体水平。浙江省地区信息化发展指数由5个分类指数和14个具体指标构成,其测算结果表现出若干特点,如信息技术水平提高,知识支撑作用增强;信息发展效果良好,应用消费广泛;.基础建设扎实,服务能力提升等。为进一步提升全省信息化水平,全面建设信息社会,特提出五点建议,一是实施“两化融合”战略,推进地区信息化协调发展;二是提高自主创新能力,促进信息技术广泛应用;三是着力推进民生信息化等。
