此一文是从零件的关联要素的尺寸公差和形位公差之间的内在联系分析入手,找到了它们之间的控制关系;以及形位精度与尺寸精度、表面光洁度和加工方法等的有关因素的对应关系;从而提出了形位公差的选择方法。本文最后又结合实际产品运用此方法进行形位精度的选择示例。根据本文只要掌握尺寸精度则形位精度就不难选择了。同时,这对当前全国深入贯彻“形位公差”国家标准,各厂矿企业、研究所、设计院等单位进行产品设计时,对如何选择形位精度,有着实际指导意义。此文已被省标准化学会推选为全国年会进行交流。
This article begins with the analysis of the internal relations between dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances of the related elements of the part, and finds out the control relationship between them; as well as the related factors of shape and position accuracy and dimensional accuracy, surface finish and processing method Corresponding relations; thus put forward the choice of form and position tolerance.
