国防和手表工业用的钨合金材料,其成份为:钨在90%以上,铁、镍为1~5%,钴、铜在0.5%以下,铬1%以下,锰为0.05%左右.本文通过钨合金的ICP光谱测定的研究,对国产GP3.5—E型高频发生器光源的电学性能和被测元素谱线强度之间的影响作了初步探讨.进行了等离子参数和内标元素的选择试验.用样品考察了本方法的精度,并与化学方法进行了对照.实验证明:ICP—AES技术能满是钨合金成份测定的要求.
