目的探讨非气腹后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的治疗效果及临床价值。方法选取2008年1月-2012年3月于该院就诊的28例肾囊肿患者,将其半随机分为两组,即研究组和对照组,其中研究组患者有11例,对照组患者有17例,研究组患者采用非气腹后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿,而对照组患者采用常规腹腔镜手术治疗肾囊肿。对比两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、引流管拔除时间、并发症及复发情况等。结果研究组比对照组手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后并发症发生率低,且差异有显著性,两组的引流管拔除时间、术后复发情况比较差异无显著性。结论非气腹后腹腔镜可有效治疗肾囊肿,且较常规腹腔镜手术具有时间短、术中出血量少及术后并发症发生率低等优点,具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and clinical value of non-pneumoperitoneal laparoscopic treatment of renal cysts. Methods Twenty-eight patients with renal cysts who were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, with 11 cases in the study group and the other in the control group Seventeen patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic non-pneumoperitoneal laparoscopy for renal cysts, whereas those in the control group were treated with conventional laparoscopic surgery for renal cysts. The blood loss, operation time, drainage time, complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the study group had shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, and lower incidence of postoperative complications, with significant difference between the two groups. There was no significant difference in drainage time and postoperative recurrence between the two groups. Conclusion Non-pneumoperitoneal laparoscopy can effectively treat renal cysts, and has the advantages of short time, less blood loss and less postoperative complications than conventional laparoscopic surgery, which has important clinical value.
