党委中心组配备学习秘书,是2000年中组部、中宣部《关于加强和改进党委(党组)中心组学习的意见》(中宣发[2000]10号)提出的要求。学习秘书的职责,是做好各项学习服务工作,确保各项学习任务落到实处。学习秘书工作,是搞好党委中心组学习的关键环节,有很高的政治和业务要求。
The Central Party Committee of the Party Committee is equipped with a study secretary and is a requirement put forward by the Central Organization Department and the Central Propaganda Department in 2000 on “Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Study of the Central Party Group (Party Group)” (Zhongxian [2000] No.10). The responsibility of learning secretary, is to do a good job of learning services, to ensure that all learning tasks implemented. Studying secretarial work is a key link in the study of the central committee of the party committees with high political and business requirements.
