作为一项资助弱势群体的扶贫工作,“交友帮扶”愈来愈受到各级党政、企事业部门的重视和青睐。然而,笔者在基层煤矿却发现,某些领导干部片面地将其理解为不过是掏几个钱给困难职工而已。对于自己的帮扶对象姓啥叫啥,家庭状况怎样不甚了解。这种认识上的错误,致使“交友帮扶”走了过场。
As an aid to the disadvantaged groups in helping the poor, “making friends with friends” has gained more and more attention and favor by the party, government and enterprises at all levels. However, at the grassroots coal mines, however, the author found out that some leading cadres unilaterally understand it as merely drawing a few dollars for the needy employees. What is the name of the surname for helping oneself and how the family situation is not well understood. This understanding of the error, resulting in “friends to help” walked the stage.
