本研究通过耳廓反射、耳蜗生物电和耳蜗铺片等所得资料,观察东莨菪碱对豚鼠庆大霉素中毒性聋的预防作用。结果表明,东莨菪碱能减轻庆大霉素的耳毒性作用,具体表现在能减轻听力下降程度、延长听力变化出现的时间。
In this study, auricular reflex, cochlear bioelectricity and cochlear implants obtained data to observe the preventive effect of scopolamine on gentamicin-induced deafness in guinea pigs. The results show that scopolamine can reduce gentamicin ototoxicity, specifically in the ability to reduce the degree of hearing loss, prolonged hearing changes appear time.
