研究了Cr-Co-Ni-Mn奥氏体钢空蚀性能.测定该含Co奥氏体钢的强度、空泡腐蚀质量损失,利用SEM和TEM对空蚀试样进行观察.结果表明含Co奥氏体钢强度高,与304不锈钢对比,其空蚀孕育期长,耐空蚀效果好.SEM观察到空蚀试样表面形成的三角形形貌特征,TEM观察到试样空蚀作用层形变诱发产生的ε马氏体,同时还观察到了α马氏体组织,这些形变组织有利于吸收应变能,提高材料耐空蚀能力.
The cavitation erosion behavior of Cr-Co-Ni-Mn austenitic steel was studied. The strength and cavitation corrosion loss of the austenitic steel containing Co were measured, and the cavitation erosion was observed by SEM and TEM. Compared with 304 stainless steel, the austenitic steel has high strength and good cavitation erosion resistance, and the triangular morphology formed on the surface of the cavitating sample is observed by SEM, and the deformation induced by cavitation of the sample is observed by TEM Generated ε martensite, while also observed α martensite, these deformed tissue is conducive to absorbing strain energy, improve the material resistance to cavitation erosion.
