心理契约违背(psychological contract violation)是“个体在组织未能充分履行心理契约认知的基础上产生的一种情绪体验”。它以员工的认知为基础,并受到个体经验、价值观等因素的影响,具有明显的个体主观色彩。由于心理契约违背既有客观事实因素,又存在较强的主观因素,因而在一定程度上可以把心理契约违背分为客观心理契约违背感和主观心理契约违背感两种类型。客观心理契约违背感是指员工基于对心理契约违背事实的认识基础上产生的情绪状
Psychological contract violation (psychological contract violation) is “an individual in the organization failed to fully fulfill the psychological contract cognitive based on a kind of emotional experience ”. It is based on staff’s cognition and influenced by individual experience, values and other factors, with obvious individual subjective color. Because the psychological contract violates both the objective factual factor and the strong subjective factor, the psychological contract violation can be divided into two types: the objective psychological contract violation and the subjective psychological contract violation. Objective psychological contract breach refers to the staff based on the fact that psychological contract violation of the facts on the basis of the emotional shape
